Meet Bishop Marshall Cross & Reverend Elaine Cross

Bishop Marshall Cross and Reverend Elaine Cross are devoted Christian leaders whose lives and ministry are dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equipping believers, and serving communities with compassion, integrity, and faith.

They are the founders and senior leaders of Cross Ministries, a Christ-centred ministry committed to Biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, leadership development, and community outreach. Together, they have faithfully served for a number of years, encouraging individuals, families, churches, and communities to grow in faith and fulfil God's purpose.

Bishop Marshall Cross is the Founder, Chairman, and Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Ministerial Board, where he provides training for ordination, spiritual oversight, leadership, and support to ministers and churches. His passion is to promote unity within the Body of Christ, mentor Christian leaders, and equip ministers to serve with Biblical integrity and excellence.

Reverend Elaine Cross is a dedicated teacher, pastor, and mentor who serves as a member of the Full Gospel Ministerial Board, alongside Dr Maggie Muthoni a fellow Board member. She is committed to strengthening churches, encouraging ministers, and supporting the Board's mission of advancing the Kingdom of God.

Both Bishop Marshall and Reverend Elaine serve on the Board of Revelation Bible College where Bishop Marshall serves as the head of Pastoral Care and a lecturer and Reverend Elaine is the Head Coordinator and Admin for the UK.

Together, Bishop Marshall and Reverend Elaine also serve as the Pastoral and Faith Leads of Kingsley Hall Church and Community Centre in Dagenham. They provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and community engagement across the ministry's two locations:

Second Site: 21 Charlotte Road, Dagenham, RM10 8TD

Through worship, teaching, prayer, outreach, and partnership with the local community, they seek to create welcoming spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds can encounter God's love, grow in faith, and find practical support.

bishop Marshall preaches and teaches the Word of God to both the saved and unsaved and has had the privilege of ministering regularly in the UK, (Scotland, England and Ireland), Europe, the USA and Africa. He has been involved in Church planting and pastored for a number of years in Scotland. He has also had the privilege to minister to leaders and been involved in the ordination and commissioning of leaders.

Bishop Cross pioneered and founded a ministry in Scotland a number of years ago called TFGPC (The Full Gospel Pentecostal Church) which is registered in Edinburgh (Scotland) with the Registrar General which permits the TFGPC ministers to perform weddings etc. TFGPC has a number of ministers listed in Scotland.
