Meet Bishop Marshall and Reverend Elaine Cross

Bishop Marshall and Reverend Elaine are devoted Christian leaders whose lives and ministry are dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equipping believers, and serving communities with compassion, integrity, and faith.

They are the founders and senior leaders of Cross Ministries, a Christ-centred ministry committed to Biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, leadership development, and community outreach. Together, they have faithfully served for a number of years, encouraging individuals, families, churches, and communities to grow in faith and fulfil God's purpose.

Marshall is the Founder, Chairman, and Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Ministerial Board, where he provides training for ordination, spiritual oversight, leadership, and support to ministers and churches. His passion is to promote unity within the Body of Christ, mentor Christian leaders, and equip ministers to serve with Biblical integrity and excellence.

Elaine is a dedicated teacher, pastor, and mentor who serves as a member of the Full Gospel Ministerial Board. She is committed to strengthening churches, encouraging ministers, and supporting the Board's mission of advancing the Kingdom of God.

Both Marshall and Elaine serve on the Board of Revelation Bible College where Marshall serves as the head of Pastoral Care and a lecturer and Elaine is the Head Coordinator and Admin for the UK. Both are graduates of RBC, Marshall holds a Bachelor of Theology and Elaine a Diploma in Christian Ministry. Marshall is currently pursuing his Masters and Doctorate and Elaine her Bachelors.

Together, Marshall and Elaine also serve as the Pastoral and Faith Leads of Kingsley Hall Church and Community Centre in Dagenham. They provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and community engagement across the ministry's two locations:

Second Site: 21 Charlotte Road, Dagenham, RM10 8TD

Through worship, teaching, prayer, outreach, and partnership with the local community, they seek to create welcoming spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds can encounter God's love, grow in faith, and find practical support.

Whether through Cross Ministries, the Full Gospel Ministerial Board, or Kingsley Hall Church and Community Centre, Marshall and Elaine remain committed to serving with humility, compassion, and excellence. Their vision is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ, leaders equipped for effective ministry, and communities strengthened through faith, hope, and love.
