Welcome to Cross Ministries.

We are a Christian ministry with a passion to see Jesus Christ glorified, the Church awakened and lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.

We believe God has called His Church to more than simply maintain what has been established. We are called to proclaim Christ, make disciples, equip believers and carry the message of hope to a world in need.

At the heart of Cross Ministries is a desire to see spiritual awakening, genuine revival and lasting transformation. We are passionate about encouraging believers to rediscover their first love, churches to embrace their God-given purpose and leaders to fulfil the calling entrusted to them.

Through evangelistic preaching, prophetic ministry, biblical teaching and encouragement, our desire is to serve the wider Body of Christ and make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of God's Kingdom.

Our Mandate

We are committed to four key areas of ministry:

EVANGELISM — Proclaiming Christ

Taking the Gospel beyond the walls of the Church, reaching people with the good news of Jesus Christ and pointing hearts towards salvation, hope and new life.

REVIVAL — Awakening the Church

Stirring hearts towards a fresh passion for Jesus, encouraging spiritual renewal and calling believers back to their first love.

PROPHETIC MINISTRY — Strengthening the Body

Encouraging and building up the Church through biblical prophetic ministry, seeking to strengthen, comfort and inspire believers in their walk with God.

EQUIPPING — Strengthening Leaders and Believers

Encouraging, developing and supporting Christians and ministry leaders to grow in maturity, discover their gifts and fulfil their God-given calling.

Our Heart for the Church

We believe the local church remains central to God's purposes in the earth. Our desire is not to compete with churches, but to encourage, strengthen and serve them.

We value relationships, partnership and Kingdom connection. We believe there is room for collaboration across different church traditions and expressions, united by our shared faith in Jesus Christ and our commitment to the Gospel.

Our heart is to see churches strengthened, leaders encouraged, believers discipled and communities reached.

Our Leadership

Cross Ministries is led by Bishop Marshall Cross and Rev Elaine Cross, united by a shared commitment to Christ, His Church and the advancement of God's Kingdom.

Bishop Marshall Cross began his pastoral ministry in 2007, was ordained as a minister in 2010, and subsequently consecrated as a bishop in 2026. His ministry carries a particular emphasis on evangelism, prophetic ministry and spiritual awakening, with a deep burden to see believers renewed and restored to their first love for Christ.

Rev Elaine Cross was ordained in 2026 and shares in the heart and vision of Cross Ministries. With a genuine commitment to Christian service, encouraging others and advancing God's Kingdom, she contributes to the ministry's wider calling to strengthen the Church and impact lives through the love of Christ.

Together, they seek to encourage the wider Christian community, build meaningful relationships with churches and leaders, and serve wherever opportunities arise to proclaim the Gospel and advance the Kingdom of God.

Looking Ahead

We recognise that every generation has a responsibility to carry the Gospel forward. We are committed to embracing opportunities, building relationships and responding to the doors God opens.

Whether through local church ministry, evangelistic outreach, conferences, teaching, prophetic ministry or wider Kingdom partnerships, our desire remains the same: to make Jesus known.

We are not simply interested in activity, but in lasting fruit. Not simply in gathering people, but in seeing lives transformed. Not simply in building platforms, but in building people and strengthening the Church.

BISHOP MARSHALL CROSS

Marshall is recognised within the wider Body of Christ as a minister who operates in the fivefold ministry, with a particular emphasis on evangelistic, prophetic and revival ministry.

A Scottish Pentecostal Bishop, minister and church leader based in London, Marshall is known for his charismatic approach to preaching and ministry, with a strong emphasis on proclaiming the Gospel, prophetic ministry, spiritual awakening and the equipping and development of Christian leaders.

His ministry is rooted in the Pentecostal and charismatic traditions, reflecting a passion for the work of the Holy Spirit, the advancement of the Kingdom of God and the strengthening of the Church. With a heart for revival and a burden to see believers renewed and restored to their first love, his ministry seeks to encourage, equip and inspire the wider Body of Christ.

As a pioneer and church leader, Marshall is committed to building meaningful Kingdom relationships, strengthening local churches and seeing the Gospel reach beyond traditional boundaries.

Ministry Journey & Consecration

Bishop Marshall Cross was consecrated to the episcopacy on 26 April 2026 at St Paul Square, Bedford, in a service led by Presiding Bishop Abel Kungu, alongside Bishop El Kwasi Safo and Bishop Ian Patterson-Sharpe.

His ministry journey began on 4 November 2007, when he pioneered and established his first church, marking the beginning of his pastoral leadership and ministry development.

Following three years of pioneering and pastoral ministry, he was formally ordained as a minister on 13 June 2010 in Wishaw, Scotland.

His ministry subsequently extended beyond the local church, with opportunities to serve both nationally and internationally. On 3 August 2014, following a further four years of ministry, he was commissioned and ordained into the apostolic ministry at Victory Christian Mission, Victory Cathedral, Enugu, Nigeria.

After nearly two decades of ministry, spanning pioneering, pastoral leadership, evangelistic outreach and apostolic ministry, he was consecrated as a bishop in April 2026, marking a further significant milestone in his ministry journey.

Today, Bishop Cross continues to serve with a particular emphasis on evangelistic, prophetic and revival ministry, carrying a passion to see the Church awakened, believers strengthened and lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ
